I don’t see prices on the artworks, can’t checkout and submitting a form is also difficult.
Are you behind a VPN? Do you have an add-on set very strictly? If so, the above issue may pop up. It’s best to try a different device if possible. By the way, the website works fine on all browsers, computers, tablets and smartphones. Still having problems? Get in touch, call us!
How long will it take for my package to arrive at my door?
To addresses in the Netherlands and most major European cities it usually takes 2 to 4 days for your purchase to arrive. The track-and-trace code shows you more detailed information.
If I am not at home when my package is expected to be delivered, can I have it delivered to a pickup point?
Yes. After receiving the track-and-trace code, you can change the delivery method online with the delivery service.
My purchase was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
Please take pictures of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return the artwork if I don’t like it? Will I get my money back?
Yes, of course. You may request a refund up to two weeks from the date of receipt. In that case, please fill in the return form so that we can process your request. After your request, you must return the artwork within two weeks. After we have checked the contents of the package, and if the artwork is undamaged, we will refund your money. Only the shipping costs will be for your expense.
Is it possible to have the artwork framed?
In many situations, the artist can provide a suitable frame for the artwork. Please do keep in mind additional costs for the frame and shipping. Please ask your question using the contact form and we will give you an appropriate, detailed answer.
I want to frame the work myself (or have it framed). Could you please advise me?
Yes, of course! Please specify your question on the contact form and we will be happy to recommend a suitable frame.
The work I purchased has no hanging option. How do I mount this to the wall?
Instructions or suggestions are included in the package.
I am very happy with my purchase and I want to send the artist a message or a picture. How do I get in touch?
Great! the artist will be very happy with this (and so are we). Write your message down in the contact form and we will forward it to the artist. He or she can then contact you.
